From the moment you see that first little tooth appear through the gum, dental care needs to begin. After feeding, gently clean your baby’s teeth and gums with a soft cloth dampened with warm water. As they grow and more teeth appear, you can begin to brush with a soft, baby brush and just a dab of toothpaste.

Likewise, everyone in the family should be brushing and flossing their teeth at least twice each day. Our dentists recommend using a soft bristle brush, because harder bristles can scratch your teeth’s enamel. We also recommend a toothpaste with fluoride, a mineral that has been proven to strengthen enamel and help you win the fight against cavities.
